中空玻璃產(chǎn)品概況
普通中空玻璃中空玻璃結(jié)構(gòu)中空玻璃是由兩層或多層平板玻璃構(gòu)成。四周用高強(qiáng)高氣密性復(fù)合粘結(jié)劑，將兩片或多片玻璃與密封條、玻璃條粘接、密封。中間充入干燥氣體，框內(nèi)充以干燥劑，以保證玻璃片間空氣的干燥度�？梢愿鶕�(jù)要求選用各種不同性能的玻璃原片，如無(wú)色透明浮法玻璃壓花玻璃、吸熱玻璃、熱反射玻璃、夾絲玻璃、鋼化玻璃等與邊框（鋁框架或玻璃條等），經(jīng)膠結(jié)、焊接或熔接而制成。中空玻璃可采用3、4、5、6、8、10、12mm厚片度原片玻璃，空氣層厚度可采用6、9、12mm間隔。玻璃的熱傳導(dǎo)率是空氣的27倍，只要中空玻璃是密封的，該中空玻璃就在最佳隔熱效果。中空玻璃的玻璃與玻璃之間，留有一定的空間。框內(nèi)充以干燥劑，以保證玻璃片間空氣的干燥度。中空玻的兩層間距一般為8mm。高性能中空玻璃與一般普通中空玻璃不同，除在兩層玻璃中間封入干燥空氣之外，還要在外側(cè)玻璃中間空氣層側(cè)，涂上一層熱性能好的特殊金屬膜。它可以截止由太陽(yáng)射到室內(nèi)的相當(dāng)?shù)哪芰�，起到更大的隔熱效果�?/div>
