基本信息
■ 鋁合金模塊化拼裝結構，觸摸屏 PLC控制，操作界面簡單易懂。
■ 三對毛刷(Φ160 ㎜ )不銹鋼軸頭，上部硬毛刷配置氣缸可單獨提升，特制軟毛刷可洗low-e玻璃，普通鍍膜玻璃。
■ 主傳動為斜齒傳動，變頻調速，清洗機毛刷分別由上下兩組電機單獨齒帶傳動，轉速平穩(wěn)，使用壽命更長。

■ Three pairs hair brush(Φ160 ㎜ ) with stainless steel shaft, the up hard hair brush is controlled by pneumatic cylinder and can be lifted up independently, so the soft hair brush can wash the LOW-E glass, common coating film glass.
■ Helical teeth transmission driving system, frequency speed adjustment.
■ The up and lower washing brushes are drive by two groups of independent gear belt system, with steady speed and longer working life.
■ Convenient thickness adjustment, the whole section can hoist 300mm to facilitate inner clean.

高速玻璃清洗機A系列產品概況
1、臥式玻璃清洗機采用國標方管骨架；水平臥式結構；2、臥式玻璃清洗機的溫度控制器可調整吹風溫度，從0-90°都可以調整；3、臥式玻璃清洗機的傳動部分使用無級變速機控制,可任意調節(jié)清洗速度；4、臥式玻璃清洗機的輸送棍、毛刷棍以及海綿棍均采用耐高溫，耐酸堿材質,使用壽命長；5、臥式玻璃清洗機為密集滾筒帶動設計，加工面積范圍大，循環(huán)水清洗玻璃一次完成。6、臥式玻璃清洗機使用離心風機，音量小、風量大；高溫烘干系統(tǒng)，玻璃清洗完成后表面溫度在30-50°左右。
